Make your payment directly into our following bank account. Account Number: 10469586291001 Bank Name : Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank All other details of bank account is available in the checkout page. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won't be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
Currently, you can pay using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card and bank transfer . You can transfer the billed amount to our account 10469586291001(Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank). Please note that we are not accepting cash on delivery at present.
Warranty will be available if Manufacturer Warranty applies as mentioned with the product package. You can contact us so that we can explain the procedures about the warranty. There are service centers in UAE for our brands. You can contact them directly in order to speed up the process.
Kindly contact our customer support within 3 days, the product will be returned and replace with the correct order without any extra cost. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Standard deliveries can take place anytime between 8am and 6pm. Anyway our courier agent will call you before the delivery
We deliver within 1-2 Working days delivery on orders that’s under city limit throughout UAE. However delays might occur for unseen delays.  We will communicate with you about the known delay.
